Refunds (if applicable)
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 days.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition then the refund request will be rejected.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been worn or perfumed or snagged will not be accepted.
Your refund will be minus original postage and packaging.
Every effort is made to dispatch your order on time. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
Items are normally shipped within 3-5 working days once payment has been received at a cost of £4.99 per item.
